Returning to My Country Roots
Recently I took a trip to Nashville, and YES, it was so much fun, I learned a lot about my business, met some of my AWESOME business partners, but most of all I got back my Country Roots !
Yes, I have country roots !
While I was in Nashville, I had the opportunity to do a live Country Heat Class, hangout at a couple of Country Dance Clubs, with my awesome team, and learn more about creating a successful Online Health Coaching Business, it was so much fun !
When I returned home, I decided it was time to take my country roots back, and claim back my Cow Girl Status by buying a cowgirl hat that matched my cowgirl boots that I bought last year after seeing, Taylor Swift in concert.

Get Your Country Dance On!
Country Heat is a new dance workout that is set to a country music beat. It was created by Autumn Calabrese in collaboration with Beachbody, and officially released in July 2016 at the Beachbody Coach Summit Conference. Yep, I was there, and I was one of the first to buy mine.
Basically, Country Heat is all about dancing to country music for 30 minutes and the fact that it’s set on country music makes it low-impact enough for anyone to follow and enjoy.
Country Heat boasts a boost in metabolism, calories burn, body toning and weight loss in just 30 days while having fun dancing daily.
There are no weights or equipment needed to work out.
The package includes 5 dance workouts, 1 full body workout, and a bonus line dance workout. A nutritional plan is also included, plus portion control containers. Also included are a start guide, a calendar and Autumn Calabrese’s fitness guide.
I Have Two Left Feet, but I Love to Dance
You don’t need to be a good dancer to enjoy this workout. The moves are so easy to follow and so much fun that you will just find yourself flowing with it.
Country Heat promises to tone shoulders, legs, arms and your bootie in just 30 days totally redefining or emphasizing your body shape.
There is not much information out there on Country Heat because it’s just been released, but those who have had a chance to try it call it easy yet challenging.
You will get a great cardio workout, but at the same time, target certain muscle groups, which will help you to burn calories – and we all want that, right ?

Fun Country Music to Dance To
