I am currently recruiting a small group of women that want to commit 30 days to the Country Heat program and be one of the first test groups starting on August 15th! Prep week begins on August 8th!
The goal is to teach you how to make fitness a part of your routine, teach you how to menu plan and meal prep, and provide recipes, tips and tricks to stay committed to the results you want to achieve!
