Every Saturday I post one of my favorite Smoothie recipes, today I am sharing a new recipe.
Sweet & Spicy Superfood Smoothie
- 2 tsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 Scoop Shakeology Vegan Chocolate or your favorite chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 – 1 Cup Ice
Add all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
- Feel free to add your favorite protein powder to get extra fuel through out the day !

Instead of protein powder you can add 1 tablespoon of each: Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, and Hemp Seeds
